Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All of our items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (3-day). If you require a different courier for whatever reason, please let us know. A change in courier may add time to fulfillment and shipping.
Rush Shipping - we do not offer RUSH shipping on our website; we are a small team and there may not be a staff member available to accommodate a Rush request. However, if you do hope to have an item by a specific date, please CONTACT US and we will do our best to make this happen for you.

Ready-made items will be shipped within 1 week of an order being placed. If you have not received tracking information for your items after a week, please reach out to us. It is possible that the email went to a junk folder or got lost in the ether. It is also possible that we have contacted you with questions about your order and are holding off on shipping until we receive an answer.
Size-to-Order and Resized items require an additional two weeks to complete and ship. As above, if you do not receive shipping information within 3 weeks, please contact us.
Pre-Order items will take 8-10 weeks to complete and ship. As above, if you do not receive shipping information within 10 weeks, please contact us.
Special & Custom Orders can take 3-4 months to complete and ship. These may require more time than 3-4 months depending on design, special order leather delivery times, and communication.
Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and desired products, but we know that sometimes returns or exchanges need to happen. Please CONTACT US about a return or exchange request and we will do our best to accommodate.
Custom Orders, SALE items, and worn/damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives to you damaged (and is not listed as a SALE AS-IS item), please contact us and include photos of the damaged area.
